No access to Internet Options

My problem is that suddenly, e-txt says that I'm not connected to Internet, which I'm. Cannot send SMS and my credit is more than 300.
Why this message?
And then I send mail to supoort and get this answer:

The following message to <support@smspress.com> was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.1.0 - Unknown address error 554-'5.7.1 <support@smspress.com>: Relay access denied'

ANY SUPPORT PERSONS OUT THERE???

Yes, I have contacted the support team. And the mail gets returned

Hi Toremf

Can you possibly post the email you want to send here?

Additionally, if you are still having a problem with e-txt with your Internet Connection, can you check if your firewall allows e-txt through? If there is still a problem with that, could you tell what firewall it is you're using?

I've done as you said and updated to ver 5.3.2 and it seems to work.
Why the problem suddenly started evades me.
Do you have any ideas?
Because the error message was in error. I did have contact with the Internet.
Everything seems to work and the program installed itself and used my old registration key given to me a couple of years ago
